Organised by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and its Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs), Europe’s largest innovation network, “The Next Decade of Innovations for the Future of Europe” conference celebrates the 10th anniversary of the EIT Regional Innovation Scheme (EIT RIS).

This is a key initiative under Horizon Europe aimed at reducing regional disparities in innovation across Europe. The event brings together ambitious minds from Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe offering a unique platform for strategic discussions on boosting capacities to build a competitive and resilient Europe.

The event will feature inspiring keynotes, panel discussions and fireside chats with high-level speakers from the policy, business, and education sectors.  Engaging discussions will help explore how modest and emerging innovators can strengthen their ecosystems, the key challenges and opportunities ahead, the different initiatives that EIT RIS offers as support, and the best practices learned so far.

In celebration of the 8th edition of the EIT Jumpstarter programme, the whole-day conference will also host the EIT Jumpstarter Grand Finals, featuring a live pitching session followed by an awards ceremony. The flagship pre-accelerator initiative has helped create nearly 120 start-ups, over 2,100 new jobs, and raise EUR 150M. Attendees will also have the opportunity to discover regional innovators from the Western Balkans and Ukraine through dedicated EIT Infrabooster and EIT Red Kalyna presentation sessions.

Join us in shaping the next decade of innovation for the future of Europe!
