Hundreds of courses offer entrepreneurs, start-ups and professionals opportunities to develop skills in innovation, technology and sustainable business.
Maltese start-ups, entrepreneurs and professionals looking to strengthen their innovation and business skills are being encouraged to explore EIT Campus courses, the training opportunities available through the online learning platform of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union.
EIT Campus brings together courses and learning programmes from across the EIT Community, providing access to training in areas ranging from entrepreneurship and digital innovation to artificial intelligence, sustainability, climate, food, health, energy and the circular economy.
What Does EIT Campus Offer?
The platform currently offers around 250 courses and learning paths, with programmes available for different levels of experience, from beginners to advanced professionals. The majority can be followed online and in English, while more than 100 are available free of charge. Most courses also provide participants with a certificate on completion.
Courses cover areas including entrepreneurship, business strategy, market analysis, digital innovation, artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, sustainable innovation and leadership. A dedicated learning path on Startup Growth, for example, combines digital marketing strategy and business communication for start-ups and is currently available free of charge. Other learning paths address business development for emerging industries, AI-driven industry and sustainable value creation.

One of the advantages of EIT Campus is the flexibility it offers to learners. Courses can be filtered according to subject, level, format, duration and cost, making it possible for participants to find training suited to both their interests and the time they have available. Many programmes are asynchronous, allowing participants to study at their own pace, while courses range from short programmes requiring only a few hours to more extensive professional learning opportunities.
The breadth of the platform also reflects the increasingly cross-sector nature of innovation. Training is available across the EIT Community’s areas of expertise, including food and agriculture, climate, digital technologies, health, energy, raw materials, manufacturing, urban mobility and culture and creativity.
Connecting to the EIT Community Hub Malta
EIT Campus also complements the work being undertaken by the EIT Community Hub Malta, which acts as a gateway connecting Maltese entrepreneurs, innovators, researchers and organisations with the wider EIT Community and opportunities for European collaboration, training and support.
