EIT Community Hub Albania co-organised MatchMaker 2026 with the Albanian Investment Development Agency (AIDA) at the Palace of Congresses in Tirana, a key platform connecting public institutions, investors, and the innovation ecosystem.
During the event, EIT Community Hub Albania was present in the Digital Horizon zone, where it engaged with startups, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders through a dedicated stand, providing information on EIT opportunities, funding instruments, and innovation support services.
In parallel, the Hub also contributed to the Smart Agriculture Zone, highlighting EIT Food’s innovative approaches in smart farming, digitalisation, and automation, and their role in advancing sustainable agricultural development.
AIDA and 28Digital sign a Memorandum of Understanding
A major highlight, facilitated by EIT Community Hub Albania, was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between AIDA and 28Digital, demonstrating a shared commitment to fostering innovation, accelerating digital transformation, and strengthening cross-sector collaboration in Albania.
